Still worrying the driver might not wait for you at appointed place or you have various problems communicating with the Chinese speaking driver when you make a car reservation in China? Now booking a car with Robert Car Rental and using the APP makes you car using process a lot easier and hassle free.

After booking with us by email or mobile SMS, you will receive a serial number (SN). With this SN, you can login and see all your booking information in the APP prior to your car use, saving you from fumbling your way through checking emails or text messages for car use details and driver contact.

And more importantly, in the app, you could follow the driver’s arrival on a map, and message the driver and/or the dispatcher (customer service) for any need or problem arising.
